Yoga class Tuesday 17 September, 19:00 @ Martinikerk park

Dear all 🌞

Join us for a dynamic Hatha yoga session on Tuesday, 17 September at 19:00 at Martinikerk park. In this session, we will focus on strengthening the abdominals, opening and strengthening the shoulders, and deeply stretching the hamstrings, which is beneficial for both everyday movement and posture.

Towards the end of the class, we’ll practice sirsasana (headstand), with support from the wall for those who need it.

This class is open to all levels. Come join us for an evening of strength, balance, and mindful movement!

Yoga class Sunday 15 Sep, 11:00 @ Martinikerk

Dear all 🌞

We will have a Hatha yoga class on Sunday, September 15, at 11:00 at Martinikerk park. This hatha yoga class will be focused on opening the chest and expanding the heart space! Towards the end of the session, we will embark on a 10-minute guided meditation, dedicated to awakening your heart center (anahata chakra).

This yoga class welcomes participants of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Whether you are just starting your yoga journey or have a seasoned practice, you will find the class inclusive and suitable for your experience level. To join the class, make sure to bring a yoga mat and wear clothing that allows free movement.

Hatha and Yin Yoga evening – Tuesday 10 Sep @ Nieuwe Sint Jansstraat 35

Join us for a nourishing evening of yoga with two unique classes on Tuesday 10 September @ Nieuwe Sint Jansstraat 35, designed to help you find balance, strength, and relaxation.

Hatha Yoga with Angelos
Time: 18:30-19:30
Focus: Strength, length, and balance
This class will guide you through a series of poses that build strength, enhance flexibility, and improve balance. Perfect for all levels, this is your opportunity to connect deeply with your body and breath.

Therapeutic Yin Yoga with Christa
Time: 19:45-20:45
Focus: Deep stretches and fascia release
In this slow and gentle yin session I will guide you through deep stretches of the hips and spinal twists. We will hold the postures for longer to enter into our parasympathetic nervous system and release tension.

Tea Gathering
After the yin class, you are welcome to stay for a cup of tea and some relaxed conversation. It’s a perfect way to end your practice and connect with others in our community.

Dear all 🌞

Join us for a rejuvenating Hatha Yoga class on Tuesday, 13th August, from 19:00 to 20:15 in the beautiful park around Nieuwe Kerkhof (off Boteringstraat, the grass area on the right-hand side of the church). In this class we will focus on exercises that strengthen our back muscles and enhance spine flexibility..

This yoga class welcomes participants of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Whether you are just starting your yoga journey or have a seasoned practice, you will find the class inclusive and suitable for your experience level. To join the class, make sure to bring a yoga mat or rug (if you do not want to sit on the grass, which might be fine as well!) and wear clothing that allows free movement.

We might grab a beer at Minnaar after class. Feel free to come along and relax with us!
