Yoga class Tuesday 6 June, 18:30 @ Nieuwe Kerk

Dear yoguis 🌞

The sun has been shining upon us these past few days, and we should take advantage of this opportunity for another yoga class in the park! So, instead of having the class at the gym, let’s gather tomorrow (Tuesday) at 18:30 in Nieuwe Kerk park. Please remember to bring your yoga mat or a comfortable rug if you prefer not to practice directly on the grass. During the session, I will guide us through a dynamic sequence aimed at strengthening our glutes, activating our abdominals and spine muscles, and loosening our hamstrings!

Yoga class – Sunday 4 June, 12:00 @Stadspark

We had a wonderful yoga class last Sunday and we would like to do it again!

Let’s gather tomorrow (Sunday) at 12:00 at Stadspark, specifically at the glade where the weekly parkrun starts (location). Remember to bring your yoga mat or a comfortable rug if you prefer not to practice directly on the grass. I will guide us through a relaxing sequence and we may try several balance poses!

PS1: Better do not eat anything 2-3 hours before the yoga class. An empty stomach will make your practice easier. If this is not possible, eat something light before the yoga class.

PS2: Bring your favourite drink and something to eat and share with others after the class. Lets enjoy the beautiful weather and nature around us after the yoga class <3

Quite a lot of members of our yoga group have been asking me when we are going to practice in the park again! Well, it seems that we will enjoy a sunny Sunday, so perhaps its time to have our first yoga in the park class for this season!

We will meet at 15:00 at Stadspark, at the glade where it is the mark of the weekly parkrun (check this link). Bring with you a yoga mat or rug if you do not want to practice on the grass. I will guide us through a relaxing sequence and we may try several balance poses!

Yoga class – Saturday 29 October, 10:30 @Stadspark

Hoi dear yogis! It seems that we are going to enjoy a super warm for the season weekend and I would like to share a class in the nature! We will meet on Saturday (29 October) at 10:30 at Stadspark, at the glade where we had our classes in summer (it is where parkrun is also organised;Β https://g.page/stadspark_parkrun?share).Β Bring with you a yoga mat or rug if you do not want to practice on the grass. I will guide us through a slow sequence for strengthening our glutes and loosening our hamstrings! Hope to see many of you!

PS1: Better do not eat a full breakfast before the class. If possible eat something light (e.g. a fruit) and drink water.

PS2: After the class we will have brunch at the site and everyone is welcomed to join us. So, if you like, bring your healthy and tasty food to share with other yogis!
