Yoga class Tuesday 21 November, 19:00 @ Nieuwe Sint Jansstraat 35

Dear yoguis 🌞

We will have a yoga class on Tuesday 21 November, 19:00 at Nieuwe Sint Jansstraat 35. In this class, we will focus on opening up our hips, stretching our hamstrings, and strengthening our core. We will perform several variations of downward facing dog with the support of the wall to examine what fits best for each one of you. To spice it up, we will try to perform the crow pose (kakasana) and side crow pose (parsva kakasana) with the support of the wall.

Dear yoguis 🌞

We will have a yoga class on Tuesday 31 October, 19:00 at Nieuwe Sint Jansstraat 35. In this class, we will focus on opening up our hips and stretching our hamstrings, which is highly beneficial for bikers. Towards the end of the session, we will also attempt to perform sirsasana (headstand) and its variations.

We will have a yoga class on Tuesday 3 October, 19:00 at Nieuwe Sint Jansstraat 35. In this class we will focus on opening our hips and stretching our hamstrings. Towards the end of the session, we will try to perform malasana, a nice hip opening posture.

We will have a yoga class on Tuesday 19 September, 19:00 at Nieuwe Sint Jansstraat 35. We will explore a series of balancing asanas to enhance our strength, stability, and focus. Towards the end of the session, we will try to perform Bakasana (crane pose).
