Dear yoguis ๐ŸŒž

We will have a yoga class on Tuesday 31 October, 19:00 at Nieuwe Sint Jansstraat 35. In this class, we will focus on opening up our hips and stretching our hamstrings, which is highly beneficial for bikers. Towards the end of the session, we will also attempt to perform sirsasana (headstand) and its variations.

Yoga class Tuesday 24 October, 19:00 @ Nieuwe Sint Jansstraat 35

Good afternoon friends,

Tomorrow (tues 24th oct), I will guide us through a nice chill yoga sequence at Nieuwe Sint Janstraat 35, 19:00-20:15. We will build towards camatkarasana (wild thing pose), which means opening up our chest and hips, and strengthening our back and glutes. We will finish out the class with some gentle restorative poses to unwind. The class will be donation based. All you need is your yoga mat, but feel welcome to bring a blanket to make yourself cosy during the relaxation part of the class. Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled. Yoga class – 10 October – 19:00 oโ€™clock @Nieuwe Sint Jansstraat 35


Dear Yogis & Yoginis,

Tuesday 10-10 from 19:00-20:15ย oโ€™clock I would like to share a yoga class. Location Nieuwe Sint Jansstraat 35.


It will be a Iyengar yoga class where we focus on alignment. For Iyengar yoga you need loads of props to get the right alignment. We will finish with a healing meditation.ย 


What you will need for this class is a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks (cheap cork ones for sale at decathlon), a yoga belt, a blanket, comfortable clothes. In case you donโ€™t manage to have some props please let me know and I might be able to bring some extra.


This class will be donation based. I invite you to come 10 minutes early to set up your mat. Hope to see many of you on Tuesday!ย

Yoga class Tuesday 3 October, 19:00 @ Nieuwe Sint Jansstraat 35

We will have a yoga class on Tuesday 3 October, 19:00 at Nieuwe Sint Jansstraat 35. In this class we will focus on opening our hips and stretching our hamstrings. Towards the end of the session, we will try to perform malasana, a nice hip opening posture.
