We will have a yoga class on Tuesday 5 December, 19:00 at Nieuwe Sint Jansstraat 35. In this class, we will focus on opening up our hips, stretching our hamstrings, and strengthening our core. In this class, we will focus on opening up our hips and stretching our hamstrings, which is highly beneficial for bikers. We will perform several variations of downward facing dog with the support of the wall to examine what fits best for each one of you. To spice it up, we will try to perform the crow pose (kakasana).

We will have a yoga class on Tuesday 28 November, 19:00 at Nieuwe Sint Jansstraat 35. In this class, we will focus on opening up our hips and stretching our hamstrings, which is highly beneficial for bikers. Towards the end of the session, we will also attempt to perform sirsasana (headstand) with the support of the wall.

We will have a yoga class on Tuesday 21 November, 19:00 at Nieuwe Sint Jansstraat 35. In this class, we will focus on opening up our hips, stretching our hamstrings, and strengthening our core. Yoga Class Tuesday 14 November, 19 o’clock @Nieuwe Sint Jansstraat 35


Dear Yogis & Yoginis,

Early announcement, I would love to share a yoga class on Tuesday 14 November from 19-20:15 o’clock at Nieuwe Sint Jansstraat 35.

This class will be Iyengar yoga style where we will focus on our alignment in the asanas besides that we will also do some pranayama.

For this class you will need comfy clothes, a yoga mat, 1 yoga block, 1 yoga belt (or any belt), a blanket just to keep you warm for the restorative part in the end of the class. 

After class there is the option to join us for a tea. So get your props together and I hope to see many of you on Tuesday!

In case you don’t have blocks, we have some spare ones at the shala. This is a donation based class.

Yoga class MONDAY 6th Nov, 19:00 @ Nieuwe Sint Jansstraat 35

Happy Sunday friends! ** change of schedule!** This coming week our class will be on MONDAY (tomorrow!), 19:00 at Nieuwe Sint Jansstraat 35 (the space is occupied on Tuesday for this week, hence the change of day). This class will be a very mellow, slow paced practice with longer holds and is aimed at releasing tension from the body to find deep relaxation. In this spirit, I invite you to wear your comfiest, coziest yoga clothes, warm socks, a blanket, pillows, or anything else that will make you feel comfortable. I will bring some nice soft music, and we can stay for a cup of tea together afterwards if you like. Looking forward to chilling with you! Saoirse
