Hi friends,
This week’s class will focus on building a healthy spine. We will explore how to create more mobility in the spine, how to build strength in the back muscles to support this mobility, and finally we will practice some back-bending asana (dharunasana and urdhva dharunasana) to experience the joy that a healthy spine can bring us!’
This class is for all people regardless of experience (we can always adapt asana to suit where your body is at right now). Please bring your yoga mat and, if you’d like, some cosy clothes and blankets for your comfort during savasana. At the end of the session, Angelos will lead us through a 15 minute guided meditation to enhance our awareness and compassion.
Info: The class is donation-based. We have come with a donation scheme so you may select the level of your contribution with ease.
