Yoga class – Sunday 7 August, 10:00 @Stadspark

Hoi dear yogis! A warm and sunny weekend is ahead and we are not going to miss this opportunity for a class in nature! We will meet on Sunday (7 August) at 10:00 at Stadspark, in front of the Ni Hao restaurant (Paviljoenlaan 3, 9727KE) and we will walk together to a nearby site. Try to be on time or you will have to search for a group of people who do yoga  😀 Bring with you a yoga mat or rug if you do not want to practice on the grass.  I will guide us through a slow sequence for strengthening our abdominals and legs!

Yoga class – Tuesday 2 August, 19:00 @Stadspark

Good afternoon dear yogis! Tomorrow it seems that we will enjoy a partially sunny and quite warm day, so why not do our Tuesday class outside? We will meet at 19:00 at Stadspark, in front of the Ni Hao restaurant (Paviljoenlaan 3, 9727KE) and we will walk together to a nearby site. Try to be on time or you will have to search for a group of people who do yoga 😀 Bring with you a yoga mat or rug if you do not want to practice on the grass.  I will guide us through a relaxing sequence and we may try several balance poses!

Yoga workshop – Sunday 31 July, 13:00 @ Metaallaan 255

Good morning dear yogi’s! This Sunday (31 July) I will share a yoga workshop from 13:00-14:30 o’clock. We will do some pranayama and asanas. Please bring your yoga blocks if you have some. If you don’t have a yoga block, don’t worry; just let us know and we will bring some extra. Hope to see many of you on Sunday!

PS: After the workshop we will have a picnic in a nearby park . Bring your healthy and tasty food (preferably vegetarian or vegan) to share with other yogis!

Yoga class – Sunday 24 July, 19:00 @ Sangha Café

Dear Yogis!! I will share a special yoga class at a special location this Sunday from 19:00-20:00 o’clock. We will do some pranayama and asanas. It’s at a different location called Sangha Café (Van Oldenbarneveltlaan 6, 9716 EJ). After the class you can stay for a nice vegan dinner for €5 or some drinks! Please bring a yoga block if you have some and otherwise we will bring some extra.
