Dearest yoga friends, I invite you to join me this Sunday 14th July at 11:00-12:15 for a slow flow yoga practice. This class will focus on side-body length and strength, and explore some twisting asana. The pace will be slow and rhythmic, and I will offer some options to allow you to adapt the practice to your own needs.
This class is suitable for all regardless of yoga experience, we welcome beginners and dedicated practitioners alike. The class is donation-based, via cash or tikkie, and your donation supports the growth of our community. However, we encourage your participation even if donation is not possible for you right now. For this class you only need your yoga mat. Afterwards you are welcome to stay for a cup of tea 🙂
