Happy new year yogis!! I’m very happy to announce that we will begin our regular classes again starting from this coming Tuesday. For our first class, we will focus on heart-opening poses to invite some openness and energy into our lives for the new year. We will build the strength and openness in the upper back and shoulders needed for backbends such as wheel pose. No props needed, just bring your mat and some water. Looking forward to seeing you there!
